Problem Note 53121: The error "An error occurred on the system" occurs when you try to create a playpen that contains a special character in the name

Playpen creation fails if the playpen name includes a special character (for example, ", ', &, or \). When creation of the playpen fails, the user interface displays the following error message:
"An error occurred on the system, please contact the system administrator."
In SAS® Risk Management for Banking log, there are corresponding SAS error messages during the call to %RSK_CREATE_PLAYPEN.
Click the Hot Fix tab in this note to access the hot fix for this issue.
After you apply the hot fix, the SAS Risk Management user interface disallows any special characters other than -, _, and . in playpen names.
